# Conversations

> View conversation activity available in your Klatt workspace.

Open **Conversations** in Klatt to view the conversation activity available to your workspace. The current list shows the conversation identifier, agent, start time, direction, and status. You can filter the list by agent.

Recordings, transcripts, exports, and detailed outcome filters are not available in the current conversation view. Availability can depend on your workspace permissions and product access.
