Configure Twilio credentials and numbers in Klatt, then verify the telephony path before accepting real traffic.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Klatt Console.
  • A Twilio account with an approved number.
  • A workflow and an organization member allowed to manage telephony.

Configure Twilio

  1. Open Telephony Configurations and choose Add telephony configuration.
  2. Select Twilio and enter the Account SID and Auth Token in the protected fields.
  3. Add outbound numbers in E.164 format or manage them through the phone-number inventory.
  4. Mark the configuration as the default outbound configuration when appropriate.
  5. Test an outbound call and then configure inbound number assignment if needed.

Constraints and failure states

The provider cannot be changed after a configuration is created. Phone numbers are managed separately from credentials. Twilio callbacks must reach Klatt, and each inbound number must be assigned to the workflow that should answer it.

Protect your data

Keep the Auth Token private and rotate it in Twilio if exposed. Do not place account identifiers, tokens, or real numbers in prompts or public examples.
